    Our online store is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The ordering process is divided into several steps:

    Orders are prepared from Monday to Saturday, when all the products in them are available. In case of unavailability of an item, your order will be prepared upon receipt of the latter. Our items are shipped from several shipping centers. As a result, It is possible that you will receive your order in several packages..   • I miss an article, what to do ?

  • What if my product has a manufacturing defect ?

  • I am not satisfied with my order, can I be reimbursed ?

    Absolutely. If this is the case, please contact us. You have 15 days from receipt of goods to claim a full refund from us and 30 days to return the product to us in the same condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us in advance and consult our Return policy.

    * Imported items: Canvas and wooden frames are not returnable

    You have the right to withdraw, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of your order. See our general conditions of sale, article 'Right of withdrawal of the consumer buyer' for the detailed conditions of application of the right of withdrawal. To withdraw from your purchase, please contact us by e-mail. The product must be returned complete, including any accessories, and in a condition allowing the product to be resold.. Overpackaging of the product is recommended for return. Any damage noted will result in a reduction in the value of the product.

  • Which covers the costs of referring my equipment ?

    Return costs are your responsibility., only the shipping costs paid on the order are refundable.

    We accept all credit cards as well as payment via PayPal, with or without a PayPal account. Our business is expanding and you will soon be able to pay via Amazon Pay, the latest payment solution. For simplicity, we do not accept bank checks, SEPA transfers or payments on receipt.
